Griffin's Bar Mitzvah

Griffin, and his family and friends, all had an amazing time at his Bar Mitzvah on June 18, 2011 at the Village Club in Lake Success. If Griffin "Saves the Rainforest", as his theme suggests, anyway like he and the family throw a party, then the Rainforests are no longer in danger! EVERYONE had a terrific time. Bobbi and the Strays Walk-4-Paws

On Saturday, May 7, 2011, we participated in a great event, run by wonderful  people for a terrific cause -- raising  money to help homeless dogs.  Bobbi & the Strays ran a Walk-4-Paws walkathon at Alley Pond Park  in Queens.  Besides the walk through the woods, there were several vendors there including: ask the vet, paw reading, dog trainer, microchiping, dog neutering, and photographer (us), as well as raffles and prizes and animal blessings.  The weather was perfect, and so was the day!  Everyone (two and four legged) had a great time, hiking,  hanging out with some of the folks from Rescue Ink,  and making new friends.  Check out our Facebook page to see some of the photos from the event. We are proud to announce  that  
j. michaels photography will be taking part in the  annual Bobbi And The Strays Walk-4-Paws Event on May 7, 2011 at Ally Pond Park in Queens, NY   10:00 am


Anyone who wants to hike with or without your dog, registration will begin at 9:00am at Alley Pond Park, Queens.  There is going to be three beautiful hiking trails, a hard, medium, and a stroller friendly trail.  After the hike there is going to be free contest for you and your dogs, agility courses, a priest to bless the animals, a paw reader, a photography booth, ask the vet table, an ask the trainer table etc.  There will also be lots of raffles, celebrity guests and prizes.  Some of the services we are offering are low cost spay/neuter (be there around 8:00 for this.  It is going to be $99 for each animal, cats and dogs welcome), and low cost microchipping (remember to microchip your animals, it may save their life!)

Alex's Bar Mitzvah
